By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Our services include:

• Mock interviews

• Application and CV review

• Preparation of sample answers and talking points

• General interview guidance

All support is advisory in nature and does not guarantee any particular outcome in any recruitment or selection process.

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Pricing is communicated in advance and is structured according to the level and type of preparation required.

All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of sessions.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session will be offered a rescheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session may not be eligible for rescheduling.

North Star School Leadership Advisory reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary and will provide reasonable notice in such circumstances.

5. Confidentiality

All discussions, application materials, and preparation undertaken as part of our service are treated as strictly confidential.

We do not share candidate information with any third party, including schools, boards of management, or recruitment bodies, without the explicit consent of the candidate.

6. Limitation of Liability

North Star School Leadership Advisory provides advisory support only.

We do not intervene in, influence, or take responsibility for any recruitment or selection process or its outcome.

Our guidance is based on professional experience and current practice. Outcomes remain the responsibility of the candidate and the employing body.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, sample answers, and preparation content developed during engagements are provided for the personal use of the candidate only.

They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
