Our programme is structured to provide clear, relevant preparation at each stage of your application and interview process. All sessions are delivered online at mutually agreed times, via Zoom, ensuring flexibility regardless of your location across Ireland or abroad.
THE PROCESS
Three Sessions. One Goal. Your Best Performance.
Initial Briefing 1 Hour | Online via Zoom
Following your booking, we meet online for an initial consultation. This session focuses on the specific role you are applying for and the context of your application, allowing us to tailor all preparation to your individual needs.
Application Review & Preparation 90 Minutes | Online via Zoom
You submit your completed application in advance for detailed review. In this session, we provide structured feedback, suggest improvements, and guide you through how your experience can be clearly and effectively presented. We also begin preparing you for interview, including the types of questions you are likely to face.
Mock Interview 1 Hour | Online via Zoom
The final session is a realistic mock interview based on the role you are applying for. This is followed by targeted feedback to help refine your answers, improve your delivery, and build confidence ahead of the real interview.

We offer flexible options including application reviews, mock interviews, or a combination of both — depending on your stage of preparation.
