Our support is grounded in current, practical experience of recruitment and selection processes in Irish primary education and international school contexts — delivered as one-to-one advisory support by experienced school principals and PME course providers.`
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Experience Built Across Every Level of Irish Primary Education
2010
Began working in education, with experience spanning classroom teaching, middle leadership, and senior leadership roles at primary level in Ireland.
2017
Appointed Deputy Principal, leading staff teams, supporting professional practice, and managing complex organisational challenges.
2020
Serving as Principal of a primary school in Ireland, working closely with boards of management and leadership teams through periods of change, accountability, and external scrutiny.

Teacher Education & Mentoring
Alongside school leadership roles, our team has worked as PME tutors across a range of subject areas, including Gaeilge. This experience provides a deep understanding of teacher development, professional expectations, and the evolving demands of the Irish primary education system.
Recruitment & Selection Experience
Through our work in schools, we have extensive experience supporting trainee teachers, newly qualified teachers, SNAs, middle leaders, Deputy Principals, and Principals. We have been directly involved in recruitment and selection processes at multiple levels — giving us clear insight into what schools are looking for when appointing candidates to roles of responsibility.
